Hospice care 

With the aid of our interdisciplinary team, we are providing comprehensive hospice services to all. Herein, we have an in-patient unit that allow us to impart short-term, intensive monitoring and treatment of acute pain or other complex symptoms. We offer respite care in physical, emotional and spiritual forms and thereby help the families of the patient in various aspects. In addition to providing our care in the hospital, we provide our hospice services to patients at their homes or in homelike settings such as community-based residential facilities, assisted living facilities and nursing homes.

Home care 

Home care is one of our medical services that are highly acclaimed for the unconditional emotional support to the patient, along with other assistance. We have employed trained sisters for executing our home care services. These sisters visit the houses of patients serve them with any of the following:

• Personal hygiene and dressing

• Toileting and continence problems

• Feeding

• Nutritional advice

• Mobility help

• Care of pressure areas and pressure sores

In addition to helping the patient, our sisters also train their attendants for basic nursing tasks like administration of medicines. This way, they enable the families of patients spend sometime in other activities.

Old age home 

We seek monetary donations from individuals and corporate houses for establishing old age homes for senior citizens. Our endeavor is to provide well furnished accommodation to the elderly and assuring comfortable living facilities that would maintain their physical, psychological, spiritual health. We have developed senior citizens homes that serve as a platform for social interaction and provide the old people with a secure living which is without any social pressure.

Geriatric hospital 

We are setting up a geriatric hospital for helping the older adults in living their life to fullest. Herein, we strive to provide geriatric care to the older adults by looking into their physical, mental, medical, social, and spiritual issues that are preventing them from enjoying a life.

Bereavement support 

Life does not stop with the death of a loved one, but it may certainly come to a standstill. To provide continuing support to the family of the deceased, we are instrumental in undertaking bereavement support. This is a crucial aspect of the healing process, wherein we ongoing support of almost a year to the hospice families. Our services include support groups, mailings, one-on-one counseling, and telephone support that would impart the bereaved with comfort healing for the loss of a loved one.

Long Term Care Facility (Geriatric care) 

We provide individualized long term care facility (geriatric care) to patients by offering them with physical, emotional and spiritual support. Our long term care support ranges from pain relief to exploring spirituality to reconnecting with people and having fun.

We provide training to the patient’s family members for the following:

• Counseling

• Spiritual support

• Care giving strategies

• Education on the patient’s illness

• Encouragement of care of the patient

We are also offering trained volunteers for companionship for patients, their respite for caregivers and their transportation needs. We design the care program for patients on an individual basis, and communicate the same to all the family members.
